When you hit the spot, nothing feels better than scratching an itch - and it seems this black bear has done just that.
Throwing its head back, it wiggles wildly up and down a telephone pole in Stillwater, New Jersey, apparently enjoying the feeling of rubbing that itchy feeling away.
The bear was pushing up against the telephone pole and ended up pulling part of the line down.

At one point, the bear slows down, seemingly savoring the moment - before whirling its head around again and getting right back into the swing of it.
'No way!' says the man behind the camera who is filming the sight in his back yard.
'Hey that's the powerline! Don't eat that!' he says.
And then, out of the blue the bear stops to fall back on all-fours and scamper away into the woods.
