Bloomberg: Germany pushes the U.S. to supply Kiev with more Patriot anti-missile systems

TAVRIA.</strong> The German government is pushing the USA to send at least one additional Patriot air defense system to Ukraine, reports <a href="https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-04-23/germany-raises-pressure-on-us-to-step-up-kyiv-air-defense-aid">Bloomberg</a>.</p>
<p>It is noted that Berlin's pressure campaign is part of a coordinated effort aimed at forcing the EU and NATO allies to step up air defense assistance to Kiev.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, Germany will also continue to press Ukraine's European allies this week, including France and Italy, to assess what they are still capable of handing over to Kiev.</p>
