About the Author
Howard R. Moskowitz holds a bachelor's degree from Queens College (CUNY) and a doctorate of philosophy in experimental psychology from Harvard University. An inventor of consumer and social research technology, he is the co-founder and CEO of Moskowitz Jacobs Inc. He has won numerous awards for his contributions to the field of consumer and social research, including the Market Research Council Hall of Fame Award, the Charles Coolidge Parlin Marketing Research Award and the David R. Peryam Award. In November 2010, Dr. Moskowitz is to receive the Sigma Xi - The Scientific Research Society Walston Chubb Award for Innovation, recognizing research into new areas of potential scientific importance, novel approaches to a long-standing problem in science or engineering or research that may create a new methodology of importance to science or engineering.

He recently co-founded the Institute for Competitive Excellence [ICE] at Queens College. ICE aims to bring together academia, businesses and public service organizations by teaching the practical applications of Rule Developing Experimentation, a concept developed by Moskowitz.
